These General Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy apply to all reservations and guest accommodation agreements entered into between “LINDIAN DREAM SINGLE MEMBER P.C.” (hereinafter referred to as “LINDIAN DREAM SEASIDE RESORT”, or the “Hotel” or “we”) and our customers (hereinafter “Customer/s”, “Guest/s” or “you”) and constitute the entire agreement between us. Any offers issued by the Hotel may be modified or withdrawn at any time and do not constitute a binding commitment.
The Hotel may, acting reasonably and in compliance with applicable law, decline to enter into an accommodation agreement with a Guest.

1. RESERVATIONS

Reservations may be made via the online and mobile channels of “LINDIAN DREAM SEASIDE RESORT”, through authorized third-party booking platforms or Booking Agents. By making a reservation, the Guest enters into a binding accommodation agreement with the Hotel.

Where a reservation is made through a Booking Agent, the Hotel shall not be responsible or liable for any services, terms, or rates promised by such agent that are not expressly included on the official website of the Hotel or were provided without proper authorization.

Reservations may only be made by persons over eighteen (18) years of age. In all cases where a credit or debit card is used, the cardholder must be present at the Hotel.

The Guest shall provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and contact information, corresponding exactly to a valid identification document or passport. The Hotel shall bear no responsibility for any failure of communication due to incorrect, misleading, or outdated contact details provided by the Guest, who expressly waives any claim to notifications in such circumstances.

Reservations entitle the Guest to a room of the selected category only and not to a specific room. The Hotel reserves the right to reallocate rooms and to rent reserved accommodation to third parties following cancellation or expiration of a reservation.

The resale, subletting, transfer, or use of accommodation for any purpose other than lodging is strictly prohibited.

For a reservation to be valid, the Guest must provide valid credit or debit card details or indicate an alternative method of payment on the electronic sales channels of “LINDIAN DREAM SEASIDE RESORT”. The total cost of accommodation and any additional services shall be charged no later than the date of arrival.

All reservations are subject to review and approval by the Hotel. A reservation shall be deemed valid only upon issuance of a Booking Confirmation by the Hotel or, where applicable, a valid booking voucher issued by an authorized Booking Agent. The Hotel shall have no obligation to provide accommodation services in the absence of such confirmation or voucher.

2. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

As mentioned above, to secure a room reservation, Guests must provide valid credit or debit card details. The card used for the booking must be presented upon check-in. The Hotel may use the card to charge a deposit or as a guarantee for future payments in cases of no-show, cancellation, or modification of the reservation.

For online reservations, card details are transmitted directly to the Hotel to confirm the booking in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Reservations made with invalid card details may be canceled immediately. If you are booking on behalf of another guest, please contact our Reservations team before their arrival.

For refundable bookings, the Hotel may charge a deposit, which will be refunded if the reservation is canceled within the allowed cancellation period. If the total amount of the reservation has not been settled before arrival, the remaining balance will be charged to the Guest’s card at check-in.

For non-refundable bookings, the full booking amount is charged at the time of reservation. Failure to provide valid card details will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Any refund of a deposit or prepayment will be processed according to the exchange rate applied by the card provider at the time of the refund, which may differ from the rate applied when the deposit or prepayment was made.

The cancellation and modification policy varies depending on the room rate, length of stay, and specific hotel conditions. Guests are strongly advised to review the cancellation and change terms carefully before confirming their reservation. For additional information, please contact the Hotel directly.

The exact cancellation and change terms are displayed within the online booking platform. Guests can amend or cancel their reservation online according to the conditions of their specific booking by entering the reservation ID and email address in the “Change/Cancel Booking” section. Cancellations outside the allowed period may incur fees or penalties.

Upon check-in, the Hotel may pre-authorize your credit or debit card to ensure coverage of room charges, bar, restaurant, room service, and any other incidentals, as well as any unpaid balance from your stay.

Payments can be made in any currency accepted by the Hotel’s website. Applicable exchange rates are determined at the Hotel’s discretion or by the payment processor. The Hotel is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or losses incurred through payment transactions.

The Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest’s card for any accidental or intentional damage to rooms or Hotel property, or for additional cleaning costs required due to the Guest’s actions, including smoking. Pre-authorization may also cover any potential extras during the stay.

Certain rate plans require full prepayment and are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. These conditions will be clearly indicated at the time of booking, and the total amount will be charged immediately to the guest’s card.

Room prices include VAT and other applicable taxes. Overnight accommodation taxes in Greece are not included and are collected upon arrival: €5/night for 3-star hotels, €10/night for 4-star hotels, and €15/night for 5-star hotels, or as applicable by Greek law at the time of stay.

Guests must settle all charges in full upon departure. This includes all outstanding room charges and additional services consumed during the stay, payable directly to the Hotel prior to check-out.

3. PERSONAL DATA

Guests are required to provide accurate personal and any additional information necessary for registration in advance via the Hotel’s online registration portal. Guest data are collected, stored, and protected in accordance with the Hotel’s Privacy Policy, which also specifies the circumstances under which such information may be shared.

4. USAGE RULES

Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is required by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Guests should review the specific check-in/check-out policy associated with their booking, as exceptions may apply. Late departures may incur additional charges.

Guests are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas and complying with applicable immigration laws. A valid passport must be presented for the duration of the stay. Guests may be required to complete a registration form and provide proof of identity upon arrival. Unless otherwise arranged, the person who made the booking online must be present at check-in.

Any special requirements must be communicated in writing before arrival. Requests cannot be guaranteed until the Hotel provides explicit confirmation.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas such as terraces, poolside areas, and balconies. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited in accordance with applicable law. Guests must comply with these regulations, and violations may be reported to authorities.

Pets are generally not allowed. Guide dogs for visually impaired or disabled Guests may be accommodated upon prior arrangement.

Guests are advised to store valuables in the in-room safe or the front desk deposit box. The Hotel is not responsible for loss of money or personal belongings during the stay.

Guests must comply with all local safety regulations, including fire precautions and evacuation procedures. Health and safety information is provided in rooms and throughout the Hotel.

The following are not allowed on the Hotel premises: flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials, items emitting offensive odors, unregistered firearms or weapons, objects associated with illegal activities, illegal drugs or other prohibited items. Guests found in possession of prohibited items are fully responsible for any resulting loss or damage. The Hotel may refuse entry to such guests.

Guests must use Hotel equipment and fixtures only for their intended purposes. Removal, alteration, or misuse of any Hotel property is prohibited.

Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property. Guests are expected to use the internet service responsibly to ensure secure and reliable connectivity for all.

By booking and staying at the Hotel, Guests agree to follow these terms and any applicable Hotel rule. The Hotel reserves the right to deny access or remove any person deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

5. LIABILITY

The Hotel is only responsible for damages resulting from intentional actions or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Except as explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions, any other claims for compensation are excluded. The Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue amenities, facilities, or services at any time without prior notice.

Guests are expected to take all reasonable measures to prevent damage to the property and its contents. They must promptly inform the Hotel of any situation that could cause significant damage. Guests are responsible for their own safety and must exercise caution when using hotel facilities. Guests are liable for any damage they cause, including any resulting consequential losses.

The Hotel reserves the right to charge Guests for any intentional, negligent, or malicious damage to rooms or property. Charges will be applied to the registered Guest’s credit/debit card, or pursued through legal channels if payment was made via other methods.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Hotel shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from, including but not limited to, system failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, defects, computer viruses, or transmission failures associated with the website or online booking service.

The Hotel does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence. The Hotel is not responsible for the actions or omissions of independent suppliers. The Hotel is not liable for theft, injury, illness, or loss of property of Guests, visitors, or delegates, except where such incidents result from gross negligence by the Hotel or its employees.

Τhe Hotel shall not be responsible for any technical failures, communication disruptions, lost or misdirected messages, or security breaches affecting online reservations. Additionally, the Hotel is not liable for incorrect or inaccurate data entered online, whether caused by the user, software, hardware, human error, or any other technical issue, nor for any damages arising from these issues.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

“LINDIAN DREAM SEASIDE RESORT” shall not be liable for failure or delays in fulfilling obligations caused by force majeure, defined as events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, storm, civil unrest, strikes, embargoes, acts of contractors, industrial disputes, hostilities (whether or not war is declared), sabotage, terrorist attacks, government acts or decisions, or legislative or regulatory actions that affect Hotel operations.

In such cases, if a booking or agreed services are altered, reduced, or cancelled due to force majeure, the Guest is not entitled to compensation for resulting losses, and any prepayments may be non-refundable.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS AND POLICIES

If any of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Greek law, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Any disputes arising between the parties shall be governed by Greek law and fall under the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

9. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

“LINDIAN DREAM SEASIDE RESORT” reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests will be informed of changes via email, updates on the Hotel’s website, or at check-in. It is the responsibility of Guests to review these terms periodically. By completing a reservation, Guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms and Conditions.

10. DISCLAIMER

All General Booking Terms, related materials, and services are provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, “LINDIAN DREAM SEASIDE RESORT” expressly disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, design, suitability, capacity, or availability.
